Your new role

This is a varied role, where you will get exposure to a variety of claims. Working on the claim from start to finish, primary responsibilities will include:

• Assess claims received from our Brokers and customers.
• Support the investigation and settlement of all claims with the team.
• Review of problematic cases and supporting claim through to finalisation.
• Respond to critical issues and exceptions appropriately.

About you

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to learn & develop their career in insurance. Prior experience in the industry is a bonus. You will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, law or similar area, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A strong customer focus, with sound communication & negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage tight timeframes but ensuring things are done right the first time around.
