As we expand our operations into the Solomon Islands, we are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative.
Division/Department: CMA CGM Agencies
Location: Solomon Islands
Position Reports to: General Manager Solomon Islands
Direct Reports: NIL
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the 1st point of contact for all customer care enquiries.
- Ensure adherence to responsiveness KPIs on NOVA & Phone queues.
- Provide high quality & consistent service to group customers & work towards customer outreach (via regular calls / QBRs / Meetings)
- Drive performance in collaboration with internal stakeholder.
- Premier / VIP / Elite customer Management – be the Voice of Customer and deliver optimum customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Preferred
- Degree / diploma or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Business / Business
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Essential
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
Preferred
- Knowledge of tariffs.
- Knowledge of CMA CGM Group services/systems.
- Knowledge of shipping and or transport industry.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Customer oriented approach
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
- Strong telephone etiquette with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritize workload
- Able to work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and in a pressurized environment.
