Role: Marketing Officer
Key tasks to be performed
- Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participate in their development.
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Produce and execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating email, print, direct mail, social media, company website.
- Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing.
- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue
- Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product and service concepts
Skills required for the role.
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- Prior work experience a plus
- An eye for Art & Design
- Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience a bonus
- Ambitious and disciplined
- Pleasant personality & neat in appearance

- High level of initiative, enthusiasm & self motivation
- Excellent writing & oral communication skills in both English & Solomon Pijin
- Literate in Word and Excel, and/or Pages and Numbers
- Able to work overtime
- Valid drivers license a bonus
Experience required for the role.
- Proof of at least 2 years work in a similar role
Qualification required.
- At least form 5 school certificate or higher
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is a bonus
- Police clearance from RSIP will be required for the successful applicant
